Have you always wanted to explore Nelson and the surrounding area? Then this position is for you!

The position is the face of the hostel. We strive to give exceptional service while creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Reporting to the General Manager, you will take part in both housekeeping, morning reception and live in overnight duties.

Reduced rent is offered in a private room in exchange for being available after hours for in-house guests. Sleep while you work! Paid work includes three morning housekeeping shifts. Potential for more work if desired.

The ability to make quick appropriate decisions

The ability to work independently and a self starter.

Background experience in housekeeping or reception is a plus.

• Salary/Wage: $16.50
