What you’ll be doing:
As a Sales Account Manager,
your overarching mission is to grow awareness of the brand both with suppliers and employee groups
throughout British Columbia. You will work a combination of warm leads,
existing accounts and new business referrals to build a book of business that
will complement the company. You’ll
spend your time developing results-based strategies to increase revenue from
existing partners, as well as new ones. You’ll conduct research and book
customer calls, attending both remote and in-person presentations. You’ll use
your prior sales / business development experience to guide your interactions
with our customers, building their trust and securing your sales.
This is an autonomous
role, with a broad scope that will keep you highly engaged and motivated. While
you’ll have the freedom to work and manage your role independently, you’ll also
have the strong support of our national sales/marketing and account management
team who will coach you and help you develop your sales skills. We’re looking

Qualifications
● 3-5+ years’ experience in a sales-based account management role with a demonstrated track record of sales success (meeting and/or exceeding sales targets)
● Experience in results- and analytics-based sales
● Experience using a good sales process, including diligent CRM use (we use Netsuite internally)
● Experience analyzing and presenting reporting and analytics
● Excellent communication skills including experience presenting to clients at a variety of levels
● Experience developing specific plans to ensure short & long term growth including forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
● Ability to work in a team setting and autonomously
● Post-secondary degree or diploma University degree in relevant field
● Valid driver's license
● Valid passport and ability and willingness to travel (once deemed safe)
● Availability to travel on an as needed basis
