Dubbed "Vancouver's most art-full hotel" The Listel Hotel is committed to art, elegance and comfort. Our Robson Street boutique hotel boasts a perfect location in downtown Vancouver's premiere shopping & restaurant district in a city proud of both its own extraordinary beauty and the diverse cultures that call Vancouver home.
From the Museum Floors, where each guest room showcases contemporary Northwest Coast Art through a partnership with the prestigious University of British Columbia's Museum of Anthropology to the luxury one bedroom suites and rooms on the Gallery Floors featuring modern and contemporary works by some of the world's most esteemed artists courtesy of the world reknown Buschlen Mowatt Art Gallery. The Listel Hotel offers accommodations for every inclination. Our restaurant - forage - has established itself as one of the standouts in Vancouver's West End dining scene. It’s also a pioneer restaurant for responsible management, through zero waste efforts, reduction of energy consumption, and support of our local communities, from farmers to fishers. Chef Welbert Choi pays homage to past traditions; finding exceptional local fare through farmer and fisher folk, preserving what he can for winter flavours, pairing dishes with local drink, all in a casual urban eatery.
