The BC Tourism Human Resources Strategy (THRS) identifies the labour supply and demand projections for BC’s tourism industry, as well as the challenges facing the industry in addressing labour shortages. The THRS lays out the framework to guide stakeholders in working together to research, analyze, coordinate and implement programs and actions to attract, recruit, retain and train its workforce in support of the overall tourism strategy.
