SuperHost® Foundations of Service Quality™ – Classroom
The Foundations of Service Quality™ classroom course is estimated to be 6 hours long. The lessons include fun, interactive activities and students will go home with ideas and skills that they can apply to their job right away.
The course materials and activities for the Foundations of Service Quality are intended for individuals functioning at a solid level 2 or higher in their Essential Skills (250+ IRT Score), and requires good command of the English language at Canadian Language Benchmarks Level 6, or higher.

Q. How do I register and pay for a classroom course?
A. You can register directly through the Training Provider. Registration information is provided in the course listings.
Q. How much is a classroom course?
A. Each Training Provider sets their own course fees; you will find them in the course listings.
Q. How long is the classroom course?
A. Foundations of Service Quality™ is a full-day course, approximately 6-7 hours long.
Q. What do I need to bring with me to the classroom course?
A. Bring an electronic device (laptop, tablet or cell phone), pen, notepad, and enthusiasm for learning; and be ready to have a fun day!
Q. I can no longer attend my scheduled classroom course, what do I do?
A. Please refer to the cancellation policy of the individual Training Provider.
Q. When will I receive a certificate when I attend a classroom course?
A. Once you have completed classroom portion, you proceed with writing an online exam. Upon successfully passing the online exam with a grade of 70% or above, and completing a short survey, you will receive your certificate via email in a digital PDF format.
